[READ FIRST] Bug Report Template

When reporting a bug, please use the following format:
1. Character name:
2. Class & level:
3. Date & time (server time) when it happened:
4. Location / instance / NPC:
5. What were you doing? (step-by-step)
6. What did you EXPECT to happen?
7. What actually happened? (describe the bug)
8. Can you reproduce it? (always / sometimes / happened once)
9. Screenshots or video (optional but very helpful):
